An international luxury fashion boutique, prepared for its first photography.

Final and handover cleaning for a new boutique at Chatswood Chase, delivered for shopfitter Retail Joinery.

The brief

A new boutique, a fixed opening programme and an early-morning photo shoot.

The shopfitter's project manager asked us to prepare the store in stages around the final trades: glass and mirrors detailed, joinery wiped down, carpet vacuumed and back-of-house tiles mopped, so the space would be ready for the brand's early-morning photography.

What we did

Sat 10 OctFirst clean: a team of three over a full day, working through glass, mirrors and joinery.
Mon 12 OctFinal clean: a team of four, early morning, before trades returned.
As neededAdditional weekend and overnight shifts as the programme moved.
Wed 14 OctDetail and handover: a team of four in the early hours, with the store ready for photography at first light.

Working closely with Retail Joinery's project team, we prepared every surface in stages, so the boutique was revealed exactly as it was designed.
