Fresh Clean Academy
Every cleaner on your handover has been trained, assessed and signed off.
Our Academy is the training programme Francielli Camargo built for our own team. It teaches one consistent way to care for new, finished surfaces, from the first dust removal to the final photo report.
The programme
Ten modules, written for builders cleans and new fit-outs.
- 01Construction residue removal & surface protection
- 02Room-by-room final clean procedures
- 03Site workflow, team coordination, quality control & handover
- 04Glass, windows & high-risk surfaces
- 05Bathrooms, kitchens & wet areas
- 06Floors, walls, joinery & interior finishes
- 07Safety, PPE & construction-site behaviour
- 08Final inspection, defect reporting, photography & client handover
- 09Professional conduct, cleaner standards & team expectations
- 10Final assessment & internal certification
How a cleaner is signed off
Certification is earned by showing the work, not by time served.
Each cleaner completes a 100-point assessment. A pass needs 80 points and no safety or surface-protection errors.
50Practical cleanGlass, sensitive surfaces, joinery, wet areas and floors, observed by an assessor.
20KnowledgeProducts, methods and when to stop and ask.
20Quality control & reportingFinding missed details, recognising defects, clear photo records.
10Professional conductPreparation, communication and respect for the site.

Three checks before handover
A clean is complete when it has been checked and documented.
- Self-check. Each cleaner inspects their own area, high to low, from more than one angle.
- Quality-control check. An experienced cleaner reviews the area independently.
- Final handover check. A walk through the whole space before we leave.
What your report shows

Complete, with a noted itemCleaning finished; a construction item is photographed for your team.
Follow-up requiredAn area needs access, or another trade to finish first.
The Fresh Clean standard
What every certified cleaner commits to.
Identify the surface before touching it.
Protect the finish with the gentlest method that works.
Stop and ask when unsure, rather than risk damage.
Check their own work before anyone else does.
Report honestly, including anything we may have caused.
Document the finished space with clear photos.
Fresh Clean Academy is our internal training and sign-off. It works alongside, and never replaces, site inductions, safety requirements or licences set by each project.
A trained team for your next handover.
Tell us about the site and the programme, and we'll take care of the rest.
