For property owners, brands & developers

Plan your handover clean from the very start.

Cleaning comes at the very end of a fit-out, when time and budgets are often stretched for everyone. Planning it with us early helps your space be revealed exactly as you imagined it.

Ways to work with us

Choose the arrangement that suits your project.

MOST CONTROLDirect with the ownerYou contract us directly. Cleaning is removed from the builder's scope and we coordinate with them on site.
FOR ARCHITECTS & DESIGNERSSpecified in your documentsYour architect names the cleaning standard and a protected allowance in the specification. The builder engages us within it.
ALREADY UNDERWAYThrough your builderBuilder already appointed? Ask for Fresh Clean by name. We work as their subcontractor to the same standard.
Questions owners ask

Before you engage us

Will my builder agree to this?

Most builders are comfortable when cleaning is carved out of their scope before the contract is signed. We coordinate directly with them on access, timing and site rules, and we never ask them to change a contract already in place.

Who is responsible for site safety?

Your builder remains in control of the site. We complete their inductions, supply our SWMS and insurance certificates, and work to their programme and site rules.

What if a surface is damaged?

We record a photo condition report before we start, so the condition of every finish is documented. We also carry public liability insurance and workers’ compensation.

When should I contact you?

Ideally when the design is finalised and before the builder is appointed. If your builder is already engaged, talk to us anyway: you can still nominate us through them.

Do you also look after the space after opening?

Yes. Many owners continue with our Presentation Care service, using the same team that handed the space over.

Planning a fit-out or renovation?

We'd love to hear about it. The earlier we talk, the easier everything is to plan.
