Francielli Camargo, Founder & Director

Francielli Camargo opened her first cleaning company in Sydney in 2010. From the beginning, she offered young Brazilian women arriving in Australia their first job, and with it their first training: how to see a space, how to respect every finish, and how to leave it quietly immaculate.

That opportunity, given with care and taught to the highest standard, remains the heart of everything we do. In 2018 Francielli Camargo founded Fresh Clean, and she wrote Fresh Clean Academy so that every cleaner who joins us learns the same way of caring for a finished space.

Her background in hospitality and wellness shaped a lasting belief in detail, calm and genuine care. In 2021 she created TEPUY, a lifestyle brand of natural products, born from her wish to leave harsh chemicals behind. TEPUY now leads the Fresh Clean standard.

Today Francielli Camargo leads Fresh Clean with a clear vision: to elevate cleaning into a craft, through intentional service, beautiful products and well-prepared, respected teams.
