Francielli Camargo opened her first cleaning company in Sydney in 2010. Many of the young Brazilian women she employed were taking their very first job in Australia, and she trained each of them personally, with patience, generosity and an exacting eye for detail.

That same spirit is the heart of Fresh Clean, which Francielli Camargo founded in 2018. Every member of our team is offered an opportunity and trained to our highest standard through Fresh Clean Academy.

In 2021 she created TEPUY, a lifestyle brand of natural products, born from her wish to leave harsh chemicals behind. Today TEPUY leads the Fresh Clean standard: its natural products are the ones we clean with, on every project.
